We want you to love your House of Sunny pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags are intact and the return form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
